You have up to 24 hours to make a return request after your order has been delivered.
The request can be made via the contact form on our site/app or via WhatsApp.
After your request had been made, kindly place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies.
Drop off the package at the designated location given to you prior to your request. You can also request for it to be picked up at a fee.
If there is any damage to the item and we can verify that the damage was from us, a new one will be given to you.
If we cannot verify that the damage was from us, we’ll have it fixed for you at little to no cost depending on the extent of the damage.
If there is no damage and you’d just like to return it, we’ll take it back and give you the opportunity to pick another item in exchange.
Please note that there’ll be no refunds.
